There are four School Enhancement Programme projects in various stages of design in the North Belfast constituency. The current status of each is as follows:

| St Malachy’s College | Design complete. Preparatory work ongoing to commence construction procurement. |
| Our Lady of Lourdes PS | RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) submission is under review by my Department’s technical advisors. |
| Cliftonville Controlled Integrated PS | In business case development. |
| Belfast Royal Academy | RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design underway. |
Funding continues to be available to progress SEP projects through the design stages to pre-tender. A decision to release projects to tender for a contractor will be taken on a case-by-case basis, dependent on budget availability at that time.
