I have had no formal engagement with UK counterparts on the development of an Index of Dental Costs.
A General Dental Service Cost of Service Review is being undertaken, with expenses being included within the scope.
This recommendation from the Review Body on Doctors’ and Dentists’ Remuneration Fifty Third Report will be considered following the results of this review and in line with the reform of General Dental Services.
