Answer
This issue is an operational matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows:
“Since the inception of the Housing for All (HfA) Shared Housing Programme, three developments within the North Belfast District Electoral Area have been included in the programme, delivering a total of 168 homes:
Felden, Newtownabbey – 97 units delivered by Clanmil Housing Association
Abbeyville, Newtownabbey – 35 units delivered by Connswater Housing Association (now Choice)
Glenwhirry Court, Newtownabbey – 36 units delivered by Clanmil Housing Association
In addition, it is hoped to add a further scheme at Antrim Road, Glengormley to the 2025/26 programme, which is being delivered by Woven Housing Association and would provide a further 63 homes.”
