Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School was announced in May 2018 to advance in design under the second call to the School Enhancement Programme (SEP).
The project is now very well advanced. The RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) report has been received from the Design Team and is currently being reviewed by my Department.
Funding is available to progress SEP projects through the design stages to pre-tender. A decision to release projects to tender for a contractor will be taken on a case-by-case basis, dependent on budget availability at that time. I will continue to make the case for additional funding for education through the Executive to allow projects, such as Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School, to proceed to construction.
