My officials have continued to engage with Belfast City Council on the future of the Girdwood MixedUse site. This work is aimed at exploring options for a comprehensive, communityfocused redevelopment of the site, aligned with wider regeneration objectives. Discussions with Belfast City Council as a potential regeneration partner remain ongoing.
