Work is currently underway on developing budget proposals, with departmental submissions being reviewed.
This information, together with any changes resulting from the Chancellor’s Autumn Budget on 26 November, will inform the recommendations I present to the Executive later this autumn on a draft Budget.
Subject to the Executive’s agreement, I intend to launch a 12-week consultation shortly after the draft Budget is agreed which I expect will be in December.
Responses to this public consultation will help shape the Executive considerations in agreeing a final Budget.
