To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the level of funding that will be allocated from her Department to Belfast City Council for the Shaping Sustainable Places programme.

My officials are liaising with colleagues in the Department for Communities (DfC) and the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) on the development of the proposed Shaping Sustainable Places programme.

As the Outline Business Case is still being developed, no decision has been taken on funding allocations to individual councils, including Belfast City Council. Executive approval will be required before the programme can be launched and any future allocations will be subject to budget availability.
